This Series is extremely easy simple opreater, low to
high production flat bed cutting presses.
These units are typically used to cut a wide range of
materials such as: thin paper, card board
2000gsm, label sticker, corrugated board, OP, PE, PET,
films, skin packaged products, vacuum
formed plastics, blisters, coroplast, cork rubber and
all other steel ruler die cutting applications.
Features:
1. Cutting Pressure: This Series can deliver the equivalent
in cutting pressure of up to 150 Ton press or more.
2. 4 Point Pressure Control: This series are equipped
with heavy duty 4 steel crank with warm gear. You can
micro adujustment each 4 crank so that mean easy set up
and make ready.
3. Drive: The Air clutch with flywheel, powerful motor
and transmission.
4. Work Station: single, continuous operation, foot pedal
operation or fully automatic function.
5. Pressure Adjustment: Rapid, simple and accurate four
point adjustment.
6. Simple Controls: Power on, start and emergency stop
buttons located on right column of machine, operater no
skilled required, moving bed distance between machines
and protect safety risk.
7. Durable: The main frame is a welded steel sturdy construction,
